Decorative metal wall panels are one of the most visually rewarding ways to bring character and texture to interior spaces, especially when the goal is to go beyond the ordinary.
As representatives of GAGE Architectural Products, we’ve had the pleasure of seeing how GageCarve panels add both depth and elegance to walls, columns, elevator doors, and other vertical surfaces. The panels don’t shout; they speak quietly, but with authority.
These panels don’t overwhelm, and they’re never dull. They invite curiosity. Whether you’re designing a hotel lobby, a corporate corridor, or a private residential interior, GageCarve decorative metal wall panels offer a tactile, elegant way to make the space memorable. Their dimensional designs and finishes help transform flat walls into focal points.

Dimensional designs with a personality of their own
GageCarve is not your average sheet metal. Each panel is made from solid aluminum in .125” or .160” thickness and crafted with patterns that have actual depth, not just surface impressions. The result is a three-dimensional surface that interacts with light and shadow in ways that bring warmth and movement to the space.
From our collection, a few standout designs include the C1005A Rough Cut II in Nickel, which gives off an industrial, handcrafted feel, and C1013 Waves in Champagne, which softens spaces with gentle movement. The C1004 Organic design in Nickel, Champagne, or Aged Bronze with custom cut-outs works beautifully in both minimalist and richly layered environments. Other remarkable designs include C1008 Pyramid in Nickel, C1001 Miami (in both Nickel and Bronze Gold), C1003 Ribbon, C1000 Museum, and C1011 Ripple, each with a unique rhythm and character.
GageCarve currently includes 22 patterns, from clean lines to intricate curves. Whether you lean toward the subtle or the sculptural, there’s something here that connects with your concept.

Applications beyond ceilings: vertical surfaces reimagined
While metal panels often bring ceilings to mind, the majority of our clients use GageCarve panels on vertical applications. These include feature walls, elevator interiors, column cladding, and millwork accents. And that’s where these panels truly shine. Their solid build and dynamic surfaces give weight and presence to surfaces that might otherwise be overlooked.
Using decorative metal wall panels on vertical planes helps ground a design, giving the space structure while allowing you to express tone and style. Think of them as architectural texture, perfect for drawing attention, framing transitions, or even calming large, echo-prone areas.

A rich variety of finishes with real presence
GageCarve panels come in twenty standard finishes that support both modern and classic styles. Options like Nickel, Champagne, and Pewter feel clean and refined, while Aged Bronze, Metallic Black, and Brass deliver a stronger, more dramatic impact. These are not just surface treatments; they’re anodized finishes, designed to last in high-traffic, high-touch environments.
From soft metallics like Champagne Gold to bolder tones like Copper Bronze or Burnished Bronze, each finish has depth and subtlety. Combined with the right pattern, the finish plays a huge role in how the panel interacts with light throughout the day.

Built responsibly with recycled materials
Beyond aesthetics, GageCarve also meets the growing demand for environmentally conscious design materials. Each panel is manufactured from at least 50% post-consumer recycled aluminum, right in the Midwest, USA. It’s a product that doesn’t just look good; it supports sustainable choices without compromising on durability.
We’ve worked with designers focused on LEED goals and building certifications, and GageCarve is often a welcome addition to those projects. With the right pattern and finish, you can meet both visual and environmental criteria in a single product.

Installation planning and technical notes
Each sheet measures 48” x 96” or 48” x 120”, depending on your space and pattern requirements. The weight ranges from 0.85 to 1.45 lbs per square foot, depending on the design, making the panels suitable for most interior and select exterior installations. All panels are Class A Fire Rated, ensuring compliance in commercial applications.
Standard orientation is vertical, but horizontal layouts and progressive pattern configurations are also possible. Cutting is straightforward; use a table saw with a carbide tip blade, and cleaning requires only mild soap and water. This makes GageCarve not only visually compelling but also practical from a maintenance and installation perspective.

Start with samples, build something lasting
It’s one thing to browse a finish online, but there’s no substitute for seeing a panel in person. Ordering samples is the best way to understand how the texture, thickness, and finish will perform in your environment. Light reacts differently in every space, and what works in one room might look entirely different in another.
Whether you’re looking to warm up a neutral hallway, create a dramatic feature wall in an entrance lobby, or line elevator doors with a pattern that reflects your brand, decorative metal wall panels from GageCarve are a refined, durable, and inspiring solution.
Let us help you explore the collection and select the right samples for your next design. We’re proud to represent GAGE Architectural Products and bring GageCarve to forward-thinking projects. Decorative metal wall panels have never looked this good, and we’re excited to see how you’ll use them.
